First, and most importantly, we offer specific contracts and lease agreements between both our business and you, and you and your tenants. A signed agreement is always best for everyone involved in any business. These will be available to you to review and change if necessary for your specific rental property or situation. We will perform employment, rental and credit history checks on prospective tenants to help assure quality tenants.

We have a list of qualified and insured contractors, plumbers, and electricians who will be available to handle any type of preventative, emergency or routine maintenance on your property. The property will also be inspected when a tenant moves out and repairs will be made where necessary as per our signed agreement.

We will market your property in local newspapers, real estate journals, over the Internet and on the multiple listing service. We will send you copies of our advertisements for you to review. Our agents will also be available to show your property to prospective tenants.

In the event of an eviction, our representative will be available to follow through the situation to whatever degree becomes necessary.
